What we do

One contractor for the whole FF&E scope

Removal, installation, recycling and logistics under a single point of accountability, so nobody is chasing four vendors when a floor has to be ready Monday.

About LRP

Built to keep projects moving

LRP Contract Services was built around a simple idea: large facility projects run better when one accountable team can handle the physical work from start to finish.

Our experience began with LRP Recycling, supporting commercial organizations with large-scale mattress, furniture and equipment removal and recycling for more than a decade. LRP Contract Services expands that into complete FF&E support: removal, installation, delivery, placement, cleanouts and project logistics.

✓ Professional crews trained for safety and efficiency ✓ Nationwide support with scalable resources ✓ Clear communication from start to finish ✓ Phased project scheduling to reduce downtime

Common questions

Before you send an RFP

What is FF&E, and what does LRP handle?

FF&E means furniture, fixtures and equipment. We handle the physical side of it: removal, installation, delivery, placement, cleanouts, recycling and the logistics that connect them.

Can you work in an occupied building?

Yes, that is most of what we do. Work is phased floor by floor or wing by wing, scheduled around occupancy and dock access, so the facility keeps running.

Do you work nationwide?

Yes. Our head office is in Holliston, Massachusetts, and we deploy scalable crews to projects across the country.

What happens to the old furniture and equipment?

Wherever possible it is recycled or diverted rather than landfilled. That side of the business started with LRP Recycling, and we can document the disposition of what leaves your site.

How fast can you quote a project?

Send the form or call 508-879-1732. Someone from our team follows up within one business day to review scope, timing and access, then we put a firm number in writing.
