How fast can you clear a building?
That depends on volume and access, but we commit to a completion date in the quote and build the crew size around your deadline rather than around our convenience.
Do you sort for recycling or just haul it away?
We sort. Recycling first, disposal last, which is usually better for the budget as well as for the reporting.
Can you work during a renovation with other trades on site?
Yes. Coordinating dock time, elevators and phasing with other trades is standard on our projects.
Do you handle files and sensitive material?
Flag it before we start. Anything requiring secure handling or destruction needs to be identified up front so it is not treated as general contents.
Do you provide certificates or documentation?
Yes. We can document what was removed and how it was dispositioned for your records.
