What happens to equipment after it leaves the building?
For most facilities the recycling question comes up at the worst possible moment. A floor is being cleared and there is a pile of monitors, printers, network gear and old furniture that cannot legally or reputationally go in a dumpster.
Recycling is where this company started, so it is not a subcontracted afterthought for us. We pull the material out as part of the same removal project and handle its disposition, so there is one vendor and one paper trail instead of a scramble at the end.

Questions we get about this service
Do you provide documentation of what was recycled?
Yes. We can provide a record of the material removed and its disposition, which is what most facilities need for sustainability reporting or internal asset tracking.
What about equipment that holds data?
Tell us before the project starts. Data-bearing devices need to be identified up front so they are handled to your organization’s requirements rather than treated as general e-waste.
Can you handle recycling without doing the removal?
Usually yes, but the economics are better when it is part of the same project. The crew that is already emptying the floor is the cheapest way to get the material out.
Is furniture recyclable too?
A great deal of it is. Metal, wood and other materials are separated and recycled rather than landfilled.
