Buildings that cannot stop working while the furniture changes.
Hotels, campuses, government facilities and corporate offices. Same crews, same accountability, schedules built around how your building actually runs.
Four kinds of buildings, four different sets of rules
A hotel measures the job in rooms back in service. A campus measures it in weeks left before move-in. A base measures it in badges and paperwork. An office measures it in business days lost. We plan each one differently.

Hotels & Hospitality
Guestroom turnovers, lobby and common area refits, mattress and casegood swaps, done in a live property without shutting the hotel down.

Colleges & Universities
Residence hall turnovers, classroom and lab refits, office moves and surplus cleanouts, planned around move-out and move-in dates that do not move.

Government & Military Facilities
Military housing and barracks, federal and municipal offices, courthouses and public facilities. Cleared crews, documented disposal and schedules that respect base access rules.

Offices & Corporate Facilities
Relocations, floor reconfigurations, downsizes and full decommissions, sequenced so your people work Friday and work again Monday.

Questions we get before a project starts
Do you work nationwide?
Yes. We are headquartered in Holliston, Massachusetts and mobilize crews to projects across the country, including multi-site programs run on one schedule with one point of contact.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Almost every project we run is in a live building. We phase by floor, wing or department, protect the work path, and can run off-hours or overnight shifts when a space cannot be taken out of service.
Do you handle both removal and installation?
Yes. One contract covers removing and responsibly disposing of the old FF&E and receiving, delivering and installing the new product to plan, so there is no gap between vendors.
How is a project priced?
After a walkthrough. We look at counts, access and schedule, then quote a firm price with crew size and dates rather than an open hourly rate.
How long has LRP been doing this?
15 years, working with corporations, hotel groups, colleges and universities, government facilities, facility managers and design-build teams.
Do you also paint the buildings you work in?
Yes. LRP paints commercial buildings, interior and exterior, often between FF&E removal and installation while the rooms are empty. See commercial painting.
