Office furniture removal and installation, without losing a business day.
Relocations, floor reconfigurations, downsizes and full decommissions, sequenced so your people work Friday and work again Monday.
What an office FF&E project looks like when it is planned properly
Office work is measured in downtime. A floor that is not usable on Monday costs more than the furniture did, and building rules rarely cooperate: freight elevator reserved by the hour, certificate of insurance filed with property management, no noisy work before six, dumpster in the alley by seven.
We plan around the building and the lease, not just the furniture. Workstations come down and go back up to plan, seating and casegoods are removed and recycled, electronics are handled with documentation, and decommissions are finished to broom-clean condition so the space meets the return obligation in your lease and the deposit is not the landlord’s to argue about.

What we handle for corporate facilities
Four steps, zero surprises
1. Walkthrough & building rules
We review the floor plan, the freight elevator policy, the loading dock and what property management requires in writing.
2. Plan & fixed quote
A weekend or phased schedule with crew size, dates and a firm price, so nobody is billing you by the hour.
3. Move & install
Teardown, transport and reinstall to plan, with protection on floors, corners and elevators throughout.
4. Walk-through & close
Punch list, recycling and destruction documentation, and space left clean and ready for use or handback.

Questions we get from offices & corporate facilities clients
Can you do the work over a weekend so we do not lose business days?
Yes. Most corporate moves and reconfigurations we run are weekend or after-hours jobs, sized so people leave a working office on Friday and come back to a working office on Monday.
Do you handle cubicle and systems furniture?
Yes. We tear down, transport and reinstall systems furniture and workstations to the plan, including power and data whip disconnection and reconnection coordination with your electrician or IT team.
Can you decommission a space at lease end?
Yes. We clear the furniture, remove the e-waste with documentation and leave the space broom clean so it meets the return condition in the lease, which is usually the difference in whether the deposit comes back.
What happens to the furniture we no longer need?
It is broken down and recycled wherever the materials allow, and the rest is disposed of properly. Everything is documented.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. Give us the property manager’s requirements and we file the certificate naming the owner, manager or general contractor before the crew arrives.
Can you paint the office before the new furniture goes in?
Yes. Our commercial painting service handles interiors and exteriors, timed after the cleanout or removal so the space is finished before installation.
