Thanks. Your project details are in front of our team.

Someone from LRP Contract Services will contact you within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. If your dates are tight, calling is faster than waiting on the reply.

What happens next

Here is how we handle it from here

1. We read the details

Building type, quantities, access and dates go to the project manager who runs that kind of work.

2. A call or a site walk

Usually a short call first. For larger floors or full buildings we schedule a walkthrough so nothing is priced blind.

3. A written quote

Line items for labor, trucking, disposal or recycling, so you can compare it to anything else on your desk.

4. Dates on the calendar

One point of contact from the walkthrough through the final sweep of the building.

While you wait

Useful things to have ready

A room list or floor plan

If you have drawings, an inventory count or a room list, email it to info@lrpcontractors.com and we can price directly from it.

Access details

Dock, elevator, freight hours and any building rules on work times. These drive the schedule more than the volume does.

Disposal requirements

Tell us if you need recycling or data destruction records for compliance. We can provide documentation for electronics and data bearing assets.
