What does an FF&E removal and installation project look like?
Most FF&E projects fail on sequencing, not muscle. Product lands before the old furniture is out, an elevator is booked by another trade, a wing that was supposed to be empty still has occupants in it. We plan the project around those realities first and move furniture second.
LRP handles both halves of the job under one contract: the removal and disposition of what is there now, and the delivery, placement and set of what is replacing it. One crew, one schedule, one point of contact, so nobody is refereeing between a mover, an installer and a hauler when a floor has to be ready Monday morning.

Questions we get about this service
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes. Most of our work is in live hotels, campuses and offices. We phase by floor or wing, keep the work path protected and clean, and can run off-hours or overnight shifts when a space cannot be taken out of service during the day.
Do you handle both the removal and the new installation?
Yes. That is the point of the service. One contract covers taking the old product out, disposing of it responsibly, receiving the new product and installing it to plan, instead of coordinating three vendors and absorbing the gaps between them.
How much lead time do you need?

Are you insured for commercial and institutional sites?
Yes. We carry commercial insurance and can provide certificates naming the owner, property manager or general contractor as required before work starts.
What happens to the furniture you remove?
Whatever can be recycled is, and the rest is disposed of properly. We can provide documentation of the disposition for your sustainability or asset-tracking records.
