Why campus projects live or die on the summer calendar
A campus has one real window. Students leave in May, they come back in August, and everything in between has to be finished, inspected and ready. Miss it and the school is housing students somewhere else at its own expense. That deadline is the whole project, so we schedule backwards from move-in day and staff to it.
We work with housing and residence life, facilities, procurement and design-build teams on residence halls, classrooms, libraries, labs, dining and administrative offices. Old furniture and mattresses go out and are recycled, new product is received and installed to plan, and the building is handed back clean, room by room, with a documented punch list.

Crews clear and refit floors in sequence, with recycling documented and grounds kept clear.
4. Handover for inspection
Room-by-room punch walk with facilities before the building goes back into the housing inventory.

Can you finish a residence hall inside the summer break?
That is the standard we schedule to. We build the calendar backwards from your move-in date, staff each building to hit its own deadline, and give you a weekly building-by-building schedule so housing can see progress without chasing us.
Do you handle mattress recycling in volume?
Yes. Mattresses and box springs are broken down and the components recycled rather than landfilled, and we can provide diversion documentation for campus sustainability reporting.
Does surplus furniture have to go to landfill?
No. Dorm and office furniture is broken down and recycled wherever the materials allow, which keeps disposal to a minimum and helps the sustainability numbers.
Do your crews meet campus vendor requirements?
Yes. We carry commercial insurance and provide certificates naming the institution as required, and our crews are used to badge-in procedures, escort rules and restricted parking or loading windows.
Can you handle multiple buildings at once?
Yes. For larger campuses we run parallel crews on separate buildings with one project manager coordinating the whole program, so you have a single point of contact rather than a vendor per hall.
Can you paint dorm rooms during summer turnover?
Yes. Our commercial painting service covers dorm rooms, classrooms and common areas, scheduled into the same turnover window as furniture removal and installation.
